Position: Digital IC Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for frontend development and design of high-performance chips.
2. Handle module specification definition, RTL coding, Lint & CDC checks, synthesis, formal verification, and timing closure.
3. Collaborate on chip functional verification.
4. Participate in lab debugging and validation of chips.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher; more than 1 year of experience in high-speed digital chip/FPGA design (various technical levels).
2. Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, and willing to assist others.
3. Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
4. Familiar with ASIC frontend development tools and processes.
5. Proficient in scripting (Shell/Perl/Python).
6. Familiarity with SerDes, Ethernet networking, PCIe, or DMA is preferred.
