Position: Analog IC Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design and verification of analog integrated circuits, including but not limited to analog front-end (AFE), power management integrated circuits (PMIC), analog-to-digital/digital-to-analog converters (ADC/DAC), reference sources, sensor interfaces, and driver circuits.
- Complete chip architecture design, circuit simulation and verification (including pre-simulation, post-simulation, and mixed-signal simulation), and prepare relevant technical documentation in accordance with project development schedules.
- Guide layout design engineers in physical implementation, providing design constraint rules and technical guidance.
- Participate in post-fabrication testing, verification, and performance optimization of chips.
Requirements:
- Background in electronic engineering, microelectronics, or related fields. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in complete chip development projects.
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, and willing to assist others.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Solid foundation in analog circuit design, with an in-depth understanding of core analog circuit modules such as operational amplifiers (OPAMP), low-dropout linear regulators (LDO), voltage references, and charge pumps.
- Proficient in mainstream EDA toolchains (e.g., Cadence/Synopsys), with knowledge of semiconductor device characteristics and process technologies.
- Capable of reading English technical literature and writing technical specifications, design documents, and test reports in English.
